8 lb. fully cooked spiral honey glazed ham
10-12 lb. fully cooked smoked turkey
4-5 lb. fully cooked smoked pork butt
PRICE (cost and suggested sale price -- these prices are under retail and includes delivery)
Ham - $20 for $35 (This is a $48 ham in a specialty ham store)
Turkey - $20 for $35
Pork Butt - $15 for $25
PROFIT (one and done)
Ham - $15
Turkey - $15
Pork Butt - $10
PROGRAM (three areas of sales)
Internal Sales - group
External sales - business community
Charity - needy within group or commuity
POTENTIAL (group with 250 participants selling hams)
Internal sales - 250 students x 3 units = 750 hams
External sales - 100 units sold to community businesses
Charity - 20 units (part of the external sales of 100)
[750 + 100 = 850 hams x $15 = $12, 750 profit]
YOU WILL NEED A WELL-DEFINED PROJECT, PUBLICIZED, PARTICIPANTS WELL-ORGANIZED WITH A WORKABLE TIME SCHEDULE TO ACHIEVE YOUR FUNDRAISING GOAL.
